The worst costumer service ever..! Came for couple of hairs in my chin 10 max , noticed that the session dosnt take 15m but rather 10 m max ,especially that the therapist used 5 m to chat , she even pook black heads instead of hair which turned to pimple few days after..when i asked to be charged 10m receptionist refused and said you sould have clarified this with kenzi 1st..!paid 45dollars and decided to explain next time to therapist, arrived 5 m late because of the parking confusion of this location kenzi decide to do my chin only for 5m only knowing taht there was no one outside waiting for her .. and sent me with half hairs in my chin .. in several occasions i had to wait for the next client to finish ..! Also i noticed that after 5th session hair grows with the same strength and in the same time less than 2 weeks ..so there was no improvement ...which means therapist was not adjusting the power of the machine gradually..and the hair keep growing like if i am still using the tweezer ..!.what shocked me is that again at reception they charged me for 45dollars and refuse to adjust the price ! So i wonder which kind of job pays 45 dollars each 5minutes !!!You Just proved my point right about how bad is the costumer service in this place by your feedback to my review...! It s like you are in fight ...! Rest assure that i found a better place to accomodate my needs and way of thinking as you mentioned..Its not about how much money you will make at the end of the day ...it s about your reputation and how many costumer you will gain or loose !!your buisiness is about keeping the client happy and well served so he can come back and bring you more costumer ...

Incredible staff and service. The clinic is very clean and sanitary. I was taken care of by Martha and she was amazing!! Jeanine is such a wonderful human being. She has such a calming energy, and always makes me feel like I am heard and cared for. I would recommend her to anybody/everybody that is considering electrolysis. Pain is so minimal, as she works so quickly. I am always surprised at how much she can get done in an hour. Kenzie was fantastic, they were very informative and able to answer all the questions I had for them. As a queer person it’s important to me that I feel comfortable going into a new space and Kenzie was very quick to put me at ease. Looking forward to my first session with them!

Veronica, the owner and most experienced electrologist there, is amazing. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge on the subject and has high standards of practice for anyone to work there. Time for You is one of, I believe, 2 locations in Ottawa that uses a magnifing machine to ensure proper procedure and execution. I saw a number of different electrologists there, which was my choice - I chose based on scheduling and costs, and I saw stark differences in each level of experience. One time my electrologist was out sick so Veronica took over, and she was SO quick and less painful. Pain wise, there are constantly changing and different factors involved, but I do believe she was less painful due to her experience; she was seemingly able to zap the follicles less (maybe she used a higher voltage) and move onto the next one immediately. If you're worried about the pain, she would be your ideal practitioner. Overall, I personally didn't find it super painful. The first session gave me restless legs and was the only session to resemble the feeling of a physiotherapy tens machine, sending small shocks throughout your body. For me it started in the follicle and felt like a wave down to my feet. After that the pain felt more localized, and I noticed a difference if I was tensing my body or consciously relaxing it; if you're relaxed it hurts less.The staff are all kind, inclusive, and professional, and the space is very clean and professional. Highly recommend.

I've been visiting this clinic for about a year and a half, and they are wonderful, I highly recommend them! The staff is friendly and professional, and they care about making their clients' experiences right. You cannot predict when a piece of equipment might stop working, or a staff member might need to call in sick, but they've always responded to these things well, and I feel valued as a client.

Veronica at Time For You is very skilled and efficient. I've gone for three sessions of skin anomalies removal and I am just so pleased with the results. Being a very freckly and moly individual, she focused on the more prominent anomalies, which made a significant difference to the appearance of my skin. In my consultation with Veronica, she explained the entire process from start to finish so thoroughly and the results speak for themselves.
